Workshops will run for 10 weeks commencing Monday 26th. April ending Saturday 10th. July 2010.
NO classes Half Term week commencing Monday 31st. May.

Tuesday Workshops

 Mono Print

Join Janet Traynor, local artist from Hilton to learn mono printing techniques, a form of printing on paper from a glass sheet with oil paint. Create your own cards or images in your own style. Find a new creative skill in our friendly new 2 hour workshop (break included to share ideas and chat!).

Thursday Workshops

Inspiration

Julia Webster is a contemporary artist combining spiritual themes using music, dreams, and nature to inspire her work, her aim is to inspire other's to be creative, to experiment with a multitude of mediums to visually express themselves.

Runaway Writers

A writing group which encourages creative writing in all its forms from short stories and novels to poetry, scripts, autobiography and articles.

PHAT - Professional Highly Artistic Theatre (formerly Youth Drama)

A unique group reaching out to all new and young talents. A diverse and profressional approach by creating theatre through drama, dance and media.
If you are 16 and upwards, are creative, open minded and confident come and nuture and develop your talents with us.

 Thursdays 7.30pm
  One off payment for 12 months: £140 or 3 payments x £50

 

Wednesday Workshops

 Beadin' Class

Beadwork is the art or craft of attaching beads to one another or to cloth, usually by the use of a needle and thread. Most beadwork takes the form of jewellery or other personal adornment, but beads are also used in wall hangings and sculpture.

 Goddess Dolls or Wild Women

Design and make a Goddess/Wild Woman that represents your inner self.
Aim: To recycle, re-use and re-purpose suitable fabric, jewellery and other items for embellishments. DO NOT buy anything!!!

Saturday Workshops

Creative Kids - Everything has a use


Join Vitor and Ian to experiment with a range of materials to bring art to life. Anything can be used to create something new, this term the Creative Kids get messy with lots of different fabrics, clay, wood, cardboard, natural materials and recycled objects to expand their imagination and build new worlds. Everyone welcome

Brewhouse Youth Choir

Have fun singing a varied and exciting repertoire from modern classics to musical theatre and folk songs to film themes. Ages 7 - 17 years.

A chance to learn basic acting skills through workshops, games drama and a chance to show off your skills at the end of term.

An introduction to theatre developed through drama, movement, games and music, come and have fun, meet new friends and learn new skills.

A chance for those with some developed skills. This is a natural age progression which will lead to the newly formed youty theatre PHAT.
