Welcome to the Brewhouse Workshop Guide
Workshops will run for 11 weeks commencing Monday 15th. September ending Saturday 6th. December 2008.
NO classes Half Term week commencing Monday 27th. October
On Saturday 27th. September classes will NOT run normally, but there will be "Taster Workshops" free of charge for you to try out new and existing classes. See main Theatre page for more information 

Monday Workshop

Practical Woodwork for Home and Garden (NEW)
(Beginners 18 years upward)

Join us to make tables, trays, bird boxes and bookends. Learn a little, enjoy a lot, and take something home at the end.

 7.00pm - 9.00pm inc. tea break
 £30.00 for a 5 week introductory course from 15th. September

Wednesday Workshop

Girlz Dance

Open classes for funky girls who want a fun high-energy class. Classes combine contemporary, street and break dance moves. No experience necessary.

 5.00pm - 6.00pm (age 11 - 13)

Boys only class
Classes combine breaking and streetdance moves. No experience necessary.

Saturday Workshops

Creative Kids Art Autumnal Scapes

Join in with Vitor and Katie this season to create your own autumnal landscapes using mural and collage techniques. An opportunity to recreate the outside world inside the Loft Gallery and bring autumn to life. There will be a presentation of work on the last day of term, for parents and relatives.

 10.00am - 12 noon

Creative Kids 13 - 16 yrs (NEW)

Because of the success of our Creative Kids class, we have decided to offer a new art class for an older age group to inspire budding artists to try their skills at painting, drawing and sculpture. An opportunity to work in a more in depth way, take some risks and try new ideas with our residential art tutor.

                              BYTE Drama Group

A drama group open to kids from 11 - 14 yrs.  A great fill in group between the Saturday morning group and the Brewhouse Youth Theatre.

 Suitable for all abilities. Workshop ends with a performance.


Mini Drama 5 - 7 years

Make new friends and learn new skills in improvisation, movement and performance techniques, as well as playing games and having fun.

Junior Drama 8 - 12 years

Are you aged 8 - 12?  Do you like drama, acting, performing?  Would you like to be in a play at the Brewhouse?  If yes, join Brewhouse Drama.  You'll make lots of friends and learn new skills in improvisation, movement and performance techniques, as well as playing games and having fun!
