Mini Makers Workshop
Our Mini Makers workshops are back this Autumn, featuring a range of fun, creative activities for families of all ages. Explore a range of art forms and learn a host of new skills, in a safe environment.
This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities with strict maximum numbers, so pre booking is required with a maximum of 6 people per booking. To book, contact our Box Office on 01283 508100.
3 October – Make Your Own Map with Jennie Stone
Join Jenni for a fun workshop where you can make your own map of your local area, by drawing out roads, bicycle paths, pavements and landscapes such as parks and ponds onto large sheets of paper!
You will also make some road signs and traffic lights out of food packaging and lollipop sticks to look at how we can make art objects for play out of recycled objects.

17 & 24 October – Clay Play with Joanna Dawidowska
Join us for two clay sessions of mini makers with Joanna Dawidowska, where you will explore the theme of nature, and create pinch pots, coiled pots or tiles out of clay! You will then be able to decorate your pot with coloured slips and draw images on them using sgraffito technique and mono printing using newspaper.
