Wellness Workshops

Rediscover your creativity, learn something new and take some well-earned time for yourself, with our free online zoom workshops, starting in April 2021.

We're offering three free workshops, including,

Dance - Thursdays 1st, 8th & 15th April from 5.30-6.30pm SOLD OUT

Take some much needed time for yourself to unwind, whilst getting active to feel good music. Join our dance tutor, Catherine for these fun and informal sessions.

Drawing - Wednesdays 14th, 21st & 28th April from 7.30-8.30pm SOLD OUT

Whether you're a beginner or want to refresh your drawing skills, these sessions will be right up your street. Learn or develop drawing techniques by exploring the fundamentals, including, how to hold a pencil in different ways to sketch and shade, create beautiful light and dark tones, plus learn new line drawing, stippling, cross hatch and circles to add tone and interest to your pictures.

Collage Journal - Wednesdays 5th, 12th & 19th May from 7.30-8.30pm SOLD OUT 

Explore mixed media, 3D and colour. as you make a beautiful art/collage journal. These follow on sessions give you the chance to reconnect with the space around us. These sessions would give you a great opportunity to use the drawing skills you have learnt in the drawing session, but don’t worry if you haven’t done all the previous workshops just join us when you can.
