This new showcase celebrates the remarkable creativity emerging from Dovegate College at HMP Dovegate, where art plays a vital role in their commitment to reforming and transforming lives.

Many of the artists at HMP Dovegate arrive with little or no prior experience in art, ceramics, graphics, painting or drawing. Through dedicated learning and training, they develop technical skills, alongside self-awareness, resilience and reflection that supports their rehabilitation journey.

HMP Dovegate, managed by Serco and located between Burton and Uttoxeter, has become one of the highest performing privately-run prisions for educational achievement.
