Facilitation (leading workshops or activities with groups of people) is a skill every creative person should have in their back pocket, and a lucrative source of income.
This crash course introduces:
- How to plan and structure a workshop.
- Tips for delivering sessions that engage participants.
- Managing the dynamics of a rehearsal or workshop room.
- Adapting activities for different ages, abilities, and groups.
- Why failure is part of the process, and how to embrace it.

If you’re an aspiring creative looking to diversify your work, this course is perfect for you; you’ll gain the skills to teach, lead community projects, or simply learn how to share your skills with others.
This session is targeted at young people aged 16–25 who are creative, curious, and want to explore creative careers; no experience needed.
